4) authorisation letter and id proof of authorising person(otherthan applicant)
5) partnership deed copy/list of partners
PRIVATE LIMITED/LTD
Document requirements
1 ) Scan copy of PAN card of Applicant
2) GST Registration certificate scan copy
3)GST Paid challan/GST filling proof copy / bank statement (it should be latest not 3 months old)
4) authorisation letter and id proof of authorising person(other than applicant)
5) list of directors
6) Company Document
For foreign individual DSC
1. Identity proof, the scanned copy of Passport/Local Govt issued identity/PAN/OCI passport can be submitted
2. Address proof the scanned copy of passport/OCI passport/local government issued id having address/bank details having address/any utility bills in the name of applicant issued within three months/ document issued from embassy with residential address can be provided.
3. Passport size Photo of the applicant in JPG / PNG / JPEG Email id and mobile number for DSC process
